Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to implement innovative care models.
- Lead the dementia care strategy and manage daily home operations.
- Oversee staff recruitment, development, and retention.
- Maintain financial oversight, ensuring efficient operations.
- Prioritise health and safety for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Handle complaints with professionalism and support staff development.
- Ensure personalised, high-quality care for all residents.
- Lead the medication management process and maintain clear communication.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
- Uphold professional standards and ensure safeguarding policies are followed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 4 or 5 qualification in Management (e.g., NVQ) is advantageous.
- Leadership qualifications in health and social care (e.g., ILM, NVQ Level 5).
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a care setting.
- Experience in dementia care or elderly care is essential.
- GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent) required.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
